How Our Classes Work
Texas Photo offers a variety of classes on our own and in partnership with other institutions. Classes are structured in the following formats:
Classroom, Safari, Online, and Partnership
All classes may be repeated.

Please note that Groupon vouchers and gift cards are only valid for courses taught through Texas Photo. Designated by Texas Photo on the schedule.
Classroom instruction focuses on outlined topics first with lecture and demonstration, but also addresses individual questions with plenty of time for one-on-one instruction.
Safaris are held on location and while less formal in structure, also begin with a short lecture followed by practical application of the topics discussed. Students explore each location individually as instructors shadow and answer any questions along the way.
Online courses are available 15 minutes prior to class start to get connected and check audio. After registering, students are sent a link and access code to use in order to join the class at the scheduled time. Online courses are limited to 25 students and fill up fast, so early registration is recommended.
Partnership courses are classes that are offered through and held on location at another institution such as The Dallas Arboretum and The Creative Arts Center of Dallas.
